When you click and drag constrained entities, NX scales curves as necessary to preserve the constraint(s). In this example, dragging the horizontal curve down enlarges the second curve.
If you had created the curves with inferred constraints off and performed the same drag operation, NX would move only the horizontal curve. To move both curves together, select both before dragging.
